Scenery

All of the airports in this event are represented in the default FS9, FSX, and X-Plane sceneries: you don't need any add-on scenery to take part in the event.

But there are a number of scenery packages available that improve the visuals for some of the places you'll be flying, and these are listed below.

Christchurch

• ORBX New Zealand - South Island FSX P3D Payware

  This package, available here, provides stunning high res scenery for all of New Zealand's South Island (including Christchurch Airport).

• Christchurch International Airport v1.3 FSX P3D Freeware

  For those FSX pilots looking for a freeware option, this scenery by Troy Chapman replaces Christchurch Airport (NZCH).

• Christchurch International (NZCH)FS9 Freeware

  A freeware FS9 scenery for Christchurch (NZCH), available here, by Alistair Slee, Jason Hunt, and Ian Warren.

Gold Coast

• ORBX Australia FSX P3D Payware

  This scenery, available here, provides custom mesh and land class for the entire continent of Australia.

  Note, this product upgrades the terrain mesh and land class only - there are no changes to the airports within the product area.

• ORBX YBCG Gold Coast Airport FSX P3D Payware

  This scenery, available here, provides a highly detailed upgrade from the default Gold Coast airport, including the new apron and taxiway.

Melbourne

• ORBX Australia FSX P3D Payware

  This scenery, available here, provides custom mesh and land class for the entire continent of Australia.

  Note, this product upgrades the terrain mesh and land class only - there are no changes to the airports within the product area.

• ORBX Melbourne v3 FSX P3D Payware

  This scenery, available here, provides a highly detailed upgrade from the default FSX Melbourne airport.

• Vista Australis v1.8 FS9 Freeware

  This freeware FS9 scenery, available here, updates the default scenery for Australia providing numerous layout and visual improvements, including Melbourne International.

Queenstown

• ORBX New Zealand - South Island FSX P3D Payware

  This package, available here, provides stunning high res scenery for all of New Zealand's South Island.

• ORBX NZQN Queenstown Airport FSX P3D Payware

  This scenery, available here, provides a highly detailed upgrade from the default Queenstown airport.

Sydney

• ORBX Australia FSX P3D Payware

  This scenery, available here, provides custom mesh and land class for the entire continent of Australia.

  Note, this product upgrades the terrain mesh and land class only - there are no changes to the airports within the product area.

• FlyTampa Sydney FSX P3D Payware

  This scenery, available here, provides an incredibly detailed and accurate rendition of Sydney's Kingsford Smith International Airport and surrounding suburbs.

  Note, this product is compatible with the ORBX Australia scenery which updates the terrain mesh and land class but does not modify the default airport.

• Vista Australis - YSSY Sydney Kingsford-Smith International FS9 Freeware

  This freeware FS9 scenery updates the default for Sydney (YSSY) providing numerous layout and visual improvements.

  Version 2.2 is available here.

  Version 2.3 is a recommended update that brings the aprons and taxiways up to their current real world configuration. It is available here. Note, it requires v2.2 be installed first.

Wellington

• ORBX New Zealand - North Island FSX P3D Payware

  This package, available here, provides stunning high res scenery for all of New Zealand's North Island (including Auckland and Wellington Airports).

• GODZONE - REAL NZ - Wellington Intl FS9 FSX Payware

  This package, available here, provides a high resolution model of Wellington airport and photorealistic scenery of the surrounding Wellington area. Works with both FS9 and FSX.

• Flightbeam NZWNHD - Wellington International Airport P3D v3+ Payware

  This package, available here, was released in 2019 and provides a highly detailed and up to date model of Wellington airport for users of Prepar3D v3 and v4.
