This trough brings unsettled weather to Tahiti and the surrounding islands throughout Cross the Ditch 25. A shallow trough of low pressure extends south from the equator over Samoa and Tonga during Cross the Ditch 25. A period of thunderstorm activity is forecast for American Samoa in the mid-afternoon. The final forecast for Pago Pago is for rain with light northeasterly winds and high temperatures (30°c).
