The schedule for this event is displayed below.

During the Green hours, pilots should pick any one of the four event airports, and then fly to either of the event airports in the other country.

Due to timezone differences, the NZ airports will be staffed two hours earlier than the Australian ones. During these Yellow hours, pilots should depart from either of the New Zealand airports and fly to one of the Australian event airports. The Australian airports will be staffed before the first arrivals.

Due to timezone differences, the NZ airports will close two hours earlier than the Australian ones. Accordingly the last available flight slots for departures from NZ to Australia will be at approximately 0930z. Pilots who depart after this time will be unlikely to complete their flight before the end of the event.

Grey boxes indicate when ATC will be active at each event airport. Oceanic control will be active throughout the event.
